General Characteristics
- The automatic washing machine performs a deep clean on both sides of the carpet, the PLC (programming logitech) is programmed to operate automatically without the user’s interference during the cycle.
- It can be operated by only one person, maximum two if the carpet is voluminous.
- Machine is made of laser cut sheet metal with a thickness of 5/32“ and it is covered with hot dip galvanization to ensure stainless.
- Adjustable system for lifting and pressing the brushes on the carpet depending on the thickness of the carpet and the structure of the thread.
- Adherent conveyor band with grooves that prevents the carpet for slipping away
- Power 220v three-phase 60 Hz power unit.

Safety Measures
1. Do not use the machine without earthing.
2. Before using the machine, make sure that the electrical connections are correct and that the voltage is within the standard values of the country.
3. If the voltage drops and increases, the electrical parts of the machine will be damaged. This causes the machine to malfunction. To prevent this, a voltage stabilizer (regulator) must be used.
4. Check the machine's water and air connections. Do not operate without water and air to prevent damage.
5. Make sure that there are no hard, sharp objects, hardened dirt or any other object that could damage the brushes or the conveyor belt during washing.
6. While the machine is working, wear rubber boots and gloves. Keep the rear protective cover closed while the machine is running.
7. The workspace must be ventilated and the temperature above the f reezing point.
8. Leave a space of 20 cm\ 8 inch between carpets when positioning on the band .
9. Place the carpets in the middle
10. Never change the program while the machine is running.
11. Do not wash overlapping, problematic and torn carpets.
12. Invert the discs brushes rotation once a week.
13. Do not touch the parts while the machine is running.
14. When there is a malfunction of the machine software, press the STOP or EMERGENCY STOP button for three seconds. In this way, the machine is reset.
15. Wash the shaggy type carpets at a pressure of 2-3 bar\29-43 psi
Maintenance Rules
Operating Principle
• The conveyor band is moving the carpet under the circular brushes where the water , chemicals and mechanical action is performing a thorough clean.
• After the carpet passes the first brushes ,it moves to the next two cylindrical brushes which are washing above and under ,in this method not a single corner of the carpet is missed!
• The automatic washing machine is designed to wash up to 350 carpets per day or the equivalent of 2500 square feet .
• Size , material , number of brushes are customizable ! Detergent tank , carrying trolley ( basic model ) included .
ENGINES
• Do not step on the conveyor belt during maintenance.
• The angle of the pressure rinse nozzles is distorted due to clogging. Check and clean the nozzles f requently, install an air filter and a water filter.
• Have your reducer tooth and rollers checked if you hear a mechanical sound.
• Have it checked by technicians when you notice a change of sound.
• Connection equipment needs to be checked when you hear a mechanical
sound or tremble.
BRUSHES
•Please change brushes if their direction is changed. Otherwise washing performance decreases.
• Remove brushes and clean inside bristles once a month.
• Please pre-exercise brushes when they are first installed.
Oil the chains & tooth twice a month with grease oil .
Equipment of chain gets deformed it elongates in time. Stretch it where applicable. Oil the square tooth nuts up and down.
ROLLERS
Have it checked when you hear a mechanical sound during operated by technicians. Change the roller when it squeaks or when jammed.
Roller bearings need to be lubricated twice a month.
CONVEYOR BELT
It has to be rinsed with plain water when stop operating.
Be attentive with detergent and chemicals, do not leave them on the belt.
WATER AND DETERGENT
Clean nozzles with water and detergent once a month. Check the pressure of water and detergent machines.
ELECTRIC AND ELECTRONIC
Ensure there is no water contact with electric and electronic connections. Move PLC panel 40 cm upwards.
Ensure motion sensors are not blocked with any obstacle.
