General Characteristics
• Spinning machines can be ordered in stainless steel, pneumatic shut, suspensions, automatic time set system. At request we produce special dimensions and configurations.
• Size of Cylinder: From 9 foot length to 14 foot length at options of 14-18” diameters.
• Carpet wringing machine is rinsing and extracting the water leaving the carpet without any chemical residue and with a shorter drying time upf ront.
• Machine is made of laser cut sheet metal with a thickness of 5/32“ and it is covered with hot deep galvanized to ensure stainless steel.
• Interior tube is stainless steel .
• Power 220v three-phase 60 Hz power unit.
• Standard diameter is 38 cm \15 inch
• Basic model has wheels and manual shut system .
• Wringing machine rotation per minute is 1400 .
• Rinsing and water extraction time must be adjusted for each type of carpet . Thicker carpets need more rinsing and a longer time for water extraction.
• The machines will have this size specifications 9 foot length to 14 foot length with the possibility to order special dimensions and configurations.
• Optionals : suspensions, automatic shut, timer, company logo can be placed .
Safety Measures
1. Do not use the machine without electrical earthing .
2. Before using the machine make sure the electrical connections are correct and that the voltage is within the standard values of the country .
3. If the voltage drops and increases , the electrical parts of the machines will be damaged .This causes the machine to malfunction . To prevent that a voltage stabilizer must be used .
4. When starting the machine make sure that the carpet is placed in the right direction . Not respecting this rule machine will shake considerable and it may cause damage to close objects near it .
If this situation occurs STOP \ unplug machine immediately .
5. At the beginning of spinning carpet is molded on the tube . If the carpet does not ,,open’’ inside user will have to switch on and off until it gets in the right position. Strong vibrations during spinning is a sign that the rug is NOT right placed inside .
6. Door must be completely sealed before starting the program and opened after machine is at full stop .
Maintenance Rules
• Very important is loading the carpets inside the centrifuge .
• Do not load inside carpets that are longer than the centrifuge . It will cause in time problems at shuting the door also it will damage the carpet because of the pressure exercised on it .
• Let the centrifuge open at the end of the work program so it can get dry inside .
• Disinfecting of the machine must be done with a fogger machine or similar. • The metal joints will be lubricated every six months.
