General Characteristics
• The automatic finishing machine is conferring a perfect finished aspect, it brushes and vacuums the carpet.
• Fibers are released and any lint stuck in the rug from the washing will be removed .
• Machine is made of laser cut sheet metal with a thickness of 5/32“ and it is covered with hot deep galvanized to ensure stainless.

• Brushing and vacuuming is operated by the machine only above the carpet surface.

Safety Measures
1. Do not use the machine without electrical earthing .
2. Before using the machine make sure the electrical connections are correct and that the voltage is within the standard values of the country .
3. If the voltage drops and increases , the electrical parts of the machines will be damaged .This causes the machine to malfunction . To prevent that a voltage stabilizer must be used .
4. When starting the machine check that the vacuum hose is attached to the machine .
5. Inspect before starting that no cloth or nothing else prevents the brushes f rom rotating .
6. Machine must be kept in a closed and dry environment .
7. Keep 10 cm \ 5 inch distance when inserting smaller , narrow carpets into the machine.
8. Never insert into the machine multiple carpets on top of each other .
9. Do not touch the parts while the machine is running .
10. When inserting the carpet into the machine pay attention not to place your hand inside to avoid any possible injures.
11. Adjust the pressure of the brush according to carpet thickness and type .
12. Saggy carpets may require two or more passings .
13. If a malfunction occurs during operating the machine press STOP and restart after 3 seconds .In this way the machine restarts .
Maintenance Rules
We recommend daily removing the fuzz remained on the machine with the help of a small vacuum cleaner .
• Brush should not be loaded with lint or hair otherwise it will not perform or it could get stuck .
• Conveyor belt should be vacuumed and brushed dry . If necessary a small amount of water should be used , for example a damp cloth .
• The metal joints will be lubricated every six months.
• Collector sack has to be emptied and washed every time is necessary .
• Disinfecting of the machine must be done with a fogger machine or similar on the parts were the carpet is placed (conveyor band , bars ,brush ).
• Each strip of the conveyor belt must be straight. Otherwise they will break over time or overlap.
• if you notice this tendency, straighten the conveyor belt immediately.
