General Characteristics
- Machine is made of laser cut sheet metal with a thickness of 5/32“ and it is covered with hot deep galvanized to ensure stainless.
- The conveyor belt moves the rug under the metal bars where dust is removed with the help of a beating vibrating system and mechanical brush . All residues are vacuumed in the collector sack.
- Dedusting process system is realized by four operations that are done simultaneously: beating vibrating, brushing and vacuuming.
- Beating is made through the help of three thick stainless steel metal bars. Rotation bars speed is 186 RPM
- Vibrating is caused by the bars and movement of the belts
- Power 220v three-phase 60 Hz power unit.
- Circular brush is positioned under the bars, this brush rotate speed is 146 RPM
- Vacuum power is 3000 W. A large dirt collector sac is placed as a individual unit beside the automatic dedusting machine .
- Dirt collector sack has the capacity 90 liters \23 US gallons.
- Adjustable speed for the conveyor band is optional .
- Adherent conveyor band that prevents the carpet for slipping away
- The machines will have this size specifications 9 foot length to 14 foot length with the possibility to order special dimensions and configurations.
- It is not required increased physical strength to operate the machine
Safety Measures
1. Do not use the machine without electrical earthing .
2. Before using the machine make sure the electrical connections are correct and that the voltage is within the standard values of the country .
3. If the voltage drops and increases , the electrical parts of the machines will be damaged . This causes the machine to malfunction. To prevent that a voltage stabilizer must be used .
4. When starting the machine check that the dirt collector sack is attached to the machine .
5. Inspect before starting that no cloth or nothing else is blocking the bars .
6. Before placing a carpet on the conveyor band check that no sharp object or anything else that could cause damage to the belt is placed inside the carpet .
7. While you operate the machine , wear rubber boots and gloves.
8. Machine must be kept in a closed and dry environment .
9. Keep 10 cm \ 5 inch distance when inserting smaller , narrow carpets into the machine.
10. Never insert into the machine multiple carpets on top of each other .
11. Inspect the carpet for previous damage before dedusting . Machine itself does not damage the carpet but however if the carpet is already damaged it may aggravate .
12. Do not touch the parts while the machine is running .
13. When inserting the carpet into the machine pay attention not to place your hand inside to avoid any possible injures.
14. Saggy carpets may require two or more passings .
15. If a malfunction occurs during operating the machine press STOP and restart after 3 seconds .In this way the machine restarts .
Maintenance Rules
Operating Principle
• Sizes from 9 foot width to 14 foot
• Correct: The metal joints will be lubricated weekly. Not weekly but every six months.
• Machine can be ordered at any size , stainless steel model is available .
We recommend daily removing the dust remained in the machine with the help of a small vacuum cleaner .
• Whenever is necessary by removing the case covering the bars and brush ,by doing so you are able to vacuum thorough and clean the brushes.
• Brush should not be loaded with lint or hair otherwise it will not perform or it could get stuck . In order to wash the brush it is required to be removed f rom the machine .
• Conveyor belt should be vacuumed and brushed dry . If necessary a small amount of water should be used, for example a damp cloth .
• The metal joints will be lubricated weekly.
• Collector sack has to be emptied and washed every time is necessary .
• Disinfecting of the machine must be done with a fogger machine or similar on the parts were the rug is placed (conveyor band, bars , brush ).
• Each stripe of the conveyor belt must be straight, otherwise they will overlap or brake over time. If you notice this tendency straighten the conveyor belt immediately.
